THE PROJECT

The CREDIPAZ Institute is a non-for-profit microcredit organisation.

The institute offers loans with a low interest rate to people in many of the poor communities of São Paulo. This is done in a supportive way, and with an appreciation of the circumstances and challenges of the person receiving the loan.

The loans are given to " solidarity groups“ of 4-6 people within the communities we help.
Credipaz offers weekly briefings to help form groups put potential grantees in contact with each other. In these meetings, our values and the need for collaboration amongst all are emphasized.

The goal of Credipaz since its foundation in September 2009 is the eradication of poverty as well as the social inclusion of people through the unity of all. It is also to meet increasingly needy communities, certain that each human being can contribute and find solutions for their own sustenance.

We are convinced also that our society has the generosity and the power to be supportive, and to create a community of those giving and those receiving.

Together we hope to transform our history, reduce levels of violence and abandonment, and bring on of a fuller world of prosperity and fundamental values
